Oh no! Try something with alcohol in it such as Aqua Net hair spray, spray on it and let it sit and see if it budges the stain.
Soak with isopropyl alcohol (at least 90%) for several hours. Rinse with water. The stain may still be there just faded. Then add a few drops of detergent directly to the spot gently rub. If the ink is not completely gone repeat beginning with the alcohol. This has worked for me on many different fabrics.
I use non permanent marker on permanent marker stains on whiteboard, doors, once on a leather chair even, but never tried on cloth. Just wipe it over the permanent marker and blot, the problem you have now is you washed and dried it so the heat set the stain. Good luck.
