How can I patch lacquer on this table please

It is showing up more with the glass on then before I put sealer on
Insurance Claim??? Or add thin layer of Clear Nail Varnish, Repeat many times over a period of time ,till flush
It doesn't look to large, try looking at lacquer nail polish, the bold colors you might match up with 1 or 2 shades. Practice on a white paper, for the color background match or an added design shape. Any additional accent colors in the table. When you add the polish you'll see how much to add for the thickness. It should level it self too. The edges will blend. Touch with up with any accent after it dries. Hope it works, its a beautiful table.
