How To Clean a Burnt Cookie Sheet in a 3 Simple Steps

I have seen people suggest using wadded up tin foil to clean baked on grease etc from cookie sheets. I have not tried it, but I have been told it works.
i just threw one in the trash and purchased new. after a while, they just don't come clean and the non-stick wears away. h
