Brr! Drafty windows- how to cut the draft?

Replace the screws with larger ones is an option but you may just need to apply a Threadlock type product to the screws. if the frame has come loose from the glass then Lexel caulk will bind the glass to the frame

This is a link to many hardware photos. Pick the one you need and go from there. The pieces are inexpensive. But I fear that your door frame has stripped and your screws are just not seating. I would take off the hardware and inspect the door frame itself.
