When the soil is workable (and warmed up) and after the danger of frost has passed in your area
Buy the farmers almanac and it will, fairly accurately, tell you planting times, weather forecasts and all kinds of both useful and interesting information. Make sure you buy the original Farmer’s almanac. It will also allow you to reference what zone OK Falls into.

If it is still frost/freeze season in your part of the country, germinate your seeds in egg cartons or baby food jars or really in any small container. Then when the possibility of freeze is over, you can plant.
you can start some plants inside by planting in seedling trays, and transplanting them when the danger of frost is gone. Tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, kale, cabbage...you can google the last average frost date for zip code “x”. Insert your zip. The seed packages will tell you you how many weeks it will take for the plant seed to germinate...ie start growing...
here in iowa the frosts are usually gone by May 15. Tomatoe plants need 6 weeks to grow up to transplant stage.. so by April 1st or so I’ll be stuffing seeds in grow trays.
sit your bare bottom on the soil, if it's too cold don't plant. Also most seed packets will tell you when the seeds can be sown, some prefer to be sown indoors early then transplanted out when it's warmer. Each type of plant is different.
Overnight temperatures should be above freezing ... look for 42deg minimum. Daytime temps should be according to the seed you're palnting... germination temps vary.
Assuming you are in Broken Arrow, OK, your planting Zone is 6b and on average the last frost is by April 10th so you should be good to plant after that.
