Use Easy Off Fume Free Oven Cleaner in the blue bottle, ventilate the room well. Spray on and let sit, then use a round plastic scrubby or soft brush. The reason it gets so dirty, using abrasives to clean has scratched the finish so dirt accumulates in the scratches.
Rinse really well, allow to dry, then apply auto wax allow to dry and buff with a car buffer, a buffer attachment for your drill, or a soft cloth. Be careful it will be slippery, put down a mat with suction to keep it in place.
There is also a product called Gel Gloss for fiberglass tubs sold at Walmart.
Vinegar with dawn dish soap and hot water. Spray and leave on 10 minutes and scrub. It’s magic! Google it. Magic erasers work good, too.
The blue easy off suggestion above is spot on!
Try white vinegar and baking soda mixed together
You should purchase tile cleaner, from a store that does remodeling. There's a special cream that you use, it's like soft scrub, but not gritty. You could have scrubbed the finish off the tub/shower
There's an amazing product called Bucko on amazon. It's a reboot of something Lowes used to sell that had a name like Tough Act or Tough Job or something along those lines. I've tried just about everything already recommended but nothing works like this. Spray on, wait a few, wipe with cloth. Amazing. And it smells good!
Easy Off in the blue can. It is amazing what that can clean. Our 25 year old tubs look like new now.
