HI Cindy
The easiest way is to get a "Paper Tiger Tool" which will score your wallpaper. They aren't very expensive and they do help. Then steam your wallpaper to loosen the glue and it should pretty much fall off. (If not, pull it off.) On the other hand, there are wallpapers that are meant to be removable. I put one up in the 1980's and took it down in early 2000's. It came off easily and I just had to wash the walls to remove any glue residue. So, I would try loosening a corner to see if the whole sheet will pull off. It just might. :) Wishing you the best.
Yes and no. Easiest is to get someone else to do it. If you are one of those "hands on" folks then a store-bought wallpaper remover in a bucket of warm water and some scraping tools should get you on your way.

I use a mix of hot water and vinegar in a spray bottle. Saturate the wallpaper and keep it wet. Let it sit for a while checking every so often if it starts to peel off. Use a putty knife to peel it off.
