I don't think duck cooling is a thing. Are you trying to clean cooling ducts? What have you tried and what makes you think they are not clean?
My hvac person told me just remove grate and stick vacuum hose down and it’s clean. Having it professionally cleaned isn’t worth the expense. An iccasiinal vacuuming is all you need to do.
Occasional vacuuming is all you need to do according to my hvac service. Just remove grate, stick vacuum hose down as far as you can and that’s it.
They do make cleaning services for this... I would try you phone book / yellow pages

Then decide.
Are they metal.....white?? Try full strength Simple Green....it works great on outside vinyl chairs, garage door, gutters......really cuts the dirt.Spray it on, use a softer brush or scrub brush, have a bucket of hot water handy with a smooth rag to wipe clean and rinse. Strong smell if you have breathing problems, you may want to cover your nose and mouth.
If it's like an outdoor air conditioner I think they sell special brushes for that.
