Bleach/water solution in a bucket and a broom to apply. The ladder is for the higher areas. Scrub/drench, let sit a bit then use hose to spray clean, hopefully with a spray head with a jet setting for any stubborn areas. Hopefully you will not have plants growing in this area.

IF you're scrubbing with bleach, either cuff your rubber gloves by folding them back an inch to prevent bleach from running down your arms or lightly rubber band towels/rags around your wrists to catch the solution. You might need to exchange for dry towels before you're done as you don't want wet towels with bleach in them resting on your skin for long. You can also rent power sprayers and blast the mold with plain water. Don't stand too close or use a very high pressure. You'll only get yourself soaked!
