How to build container storage

A while back someone posted a project that their husband had done for them. It involved building out the side walls of a lower kitchen cabinet to accommodate drawer slides. A box was built and attached to the slides. A shelf was built over the box. When finished the box and shelf slid out of the cabinet to make it easy to store plastic containers in the box and lids on the shelf. If anyone remembers seeing this project, could you please point me to it. I think I am brave enough to try it, but would love to have the pictures and directions for help.
Thanks for any help, you folks are so talented. It makes me jealous, lol.
