There are landscaping companies that you could call. Also handymen.
Are you on Nextdoor.com? That is where I start. Next I Google and make a few phone calls. Or hire a gardener or landscaper to help you out. I still pull out my local phone book too.
What kind of help do you need? If it is just with maintenance, or planting a few plants, There may be a neighborhood kid that would be willing to help you for a lot less than you would hiring someone for a fairly simple job. Kids do work for a lot less and some may already know how to do things that they do at their own house.
This publication is global. We answer questions for people who want to do things themselves and there are better places to place want-ads. You don't mention where you are, but you should place an advertisement in a local publication or make up several copies of a small advertisement stating what you want to do, how long the project will last, contact information, and what compensation you are willing to offer. Place them on bulletin boards of businesses in the area and don't forget to take them down when you contract with someone to help with your project.
Check local community center, high school, and etc.
