What's the best way to seal the corners of leaking gutters?
The corners of my gutters are leaking and I would like to know how to repair them. Should I clean gutters first and then do the repair to the corners?
You can buy electrical receptor insulation sheets at lowes/home depot. They are thin sheets that fit behind the faceplate.
What do you mean by receptacles? you mean electrical outlets? We had this very thing on Home Talk several months ago. A lady had the same problem as you. She purchased and used these dense foam sheets made for electrical outlets. Sorry I don't remember the name of this product but I'm sure if you go to your local home improvement store, they will know what you are talking about. It looked simple to install. You remove the outlet cover and put in these sheets. She said it made a big difference not only on the cool air around her outlets, but on her heating bill as well. I hope this helps you.
