Are they dusty? A blow dryer on a cool setting might help.
i just wash my parrot feathers in warm or col soapy water. Let dry and fluff.
Dust in talc.........
I'd use a vaccum. Hold the feathers a distance from the hose, and use the crevice tool. Put the vaccum on low if you can.
