Cleaning Costs question

I recently had my one bedroom co-op painted and the floors sanded, stained, and re-finished in preparation to put it on the market. I want to hire a service to to totally clean the unit including the windows inside and out. (The windows fold in so not necessary to be outside.) What is a reasonable hourly rate for this service in lower Westchester, NY.
