I'd love to see what you do with it! Best of luck!
What's behind the tall doors on each side? I take it there is a CD holder in there. If so, I think perhaps you could take the holders out, put in tiny hooks and use to hang long necklaces or short ones. Leave those two doors on the piece. You could paint it white and get updated hardware. Perhaps take two doors on the lower portion off to expose shelves for basket storage. I would leave the glass doors on there. Perhaps you could put in a teenage daughters room for storage. I also like the idea for a bar area to store liquor below and perhaps hanging wine glasses from the top shelf.
I took mine and put it in my office/guest room ( day bed and desk in this room) I store linens for the day bed in the bottom section. In the upper section, center shelf is a coffee station for guest. And an Alexia for music or news and weather. Works great and everyone loves they don’t have to go downstairs for their morning coffee or tea.
I think, if you needed the space?......I would turn the top doors in to a sliding barn door....the instructions were on here with cable pulleys....very inexpensive. Use it for storage in my kitchen, top and bottom. Pots and Pans, electric skillet, crock pot and etc. Veggies or whatever. Ya always need extra storage in a kitchen. Go from room to room and explore what you need???
If you want to use it in the garage you could simply add a couple more shelves in the large opening and use it for storage. Bins on the shelves would organize it and some paint and you would have craft, toy, paint etc storage in a spare room in the house.
You could use the bottom for so many things.check Pinterest tons of great ideas.
That is simply beautiful ! I would turn it into a curio cabinet
Yes it is a pretty cabinet but my major problem is just don’t have any space for it in my home or garage. Taking up space. Thank’s for all suggestion will try some of these great ideas I received in Spring?
I would separate them. You could do many things with this. Top portion could be used as desk / bar / or just use the bottom for a cabinet for tv / dinning room / etc..
