I would start with CLR to see if that works
Use a Lime and Grime cleaner.......
Just what I was thinking - CLR. When the tile is clean, use a squeegee while the tile is still wet to remove most of the water and soap build up. I towel off in the shower, wipe the chrome handle after and then use a squeegee. Only takes a minute and saves me from the hard work of really having to scrub the shower.
All these answers are good but could I just make a suggestion? Stop using soap in the shower, switch to body wash! Soap is really your problem
