I paint mine with a concrete/cement porch paint
Paint with sand added or sprinkled on top.........But because it is not smooth will hold dirt more. or Could use Garage floor Paint............
A specially formulated exterior floor paint usually works best. Apply a non-skid surface coat that contains grit. Look for anti-slip paint at full-service paint stores.
