New faucet-the long hose under the sink gets hooked up w/ water pipes!

I have a new faucet in the kitchen. It has a long retractable hose so I can fill my coffee pot with out any problems. After filling my coffee pot, the hose retracts within the faucet. My problem is that the long hose under the sink gets hooked up with the water pipes under the sink. How can I correct this problem without getting a plumber to move the pipes around?

You need to create a way for the hose to slide over the pipes. I did this using a plastic folder like you would use for a kids project and a household stapler. Open the folder and staple it over the pipe to cover it, the hose should flow freely.

I used a piece of plastic pipe cut to fit from the bottom of the sink to the base of the cabinet. No more stuck hose. It has it's own home now.
