Paint or stain it matching tiles or contrast colour............
I use Clorox Toilet bowl cleaner on mine and it works great. If grout has not been sealed with a special sealer after installation it is not long before the dirt wants to settle in to the grout and so you have a problem trying to keep it clean.
Purchase a grout pen and go over the grout that needs it.
