How do you keep contact paper from popping up around corners and edges
every time I use contact paper and have to go around the edge or corner of something it always pops up and it is very upsetting
I sometimes have that problem. After laying down the glue, I move tip of the glue gun in a small circle. That breaks and eliminates the strings.
Yep, same here. I just press the tip of the gun down to cut off the glue.
You can also pull the glue stick back manually in the gun, it will stop the glue from running thru the front tip and minimize drips/stretches.
Let it cool and pick off the leftover glue.
