look for used vanity / countertops -- get a faucet (cheap is best!) place the countertop on a homemade table (easy to make - check YouTube) then run your hose to a fitting for the faucet - voila

Find a used sink at Habitat for Humanity ReStore and build it in to a bench that you buy or build.
I would take a trip to the local flee market or builder's surplus store. You may get lucky and find a sink attached to a countertop. Build a frame out of scrap or used lumber, add a shelf along with a couple of doors if you want a clean look. Sand it all down, give it a fresh coat of paint and it will look like new. I found a discarded planting / potting table which I refinished, added tiles to the top and have a wonderful table. If I were to add a sink, I would make sure to be able to attach it to my garden hose so that I could have running water. If you want a dry sink, the process would only require sealing off the drain.
