I have drawn up the plans for everything that we've done on the house from 3 small additions, 8'x 8', 10 new energy-efficient windows, a new roof and new front porch where we switched the direction of the entryway and stairs. This is our largest project so far. The new area will be approx. 240 sq. ft., with the bathroom about 100 sq.ft. I think I asked my question too soon.
