No.....leave them until the growth emerges to be able to disguingish what did wood needs to be pruned
Leave them. Cut in the spring when you see the new growth
What type of hydrangeas do you have! Some hydrangeas only bloom on old growth. Check it out first, before you have to wait years for blooms.
