any stick on tile I have ever seen comes with the adhesive already on the back. It is covered with a wax paper which you peel off, thus the name "peel and stick"
No, you don't have to use glue, but you really want to prep the area well so that it's clean. If the surface is shiny where you're going to install it, it's best to use a bonding primer. Nope. Just make sure the floor is very clean with any bumps smoothed down or pits filled. If you don't, they will wear through.
