Sand in bird baths - mosquitos?
I heard recently that you can put sand in the bottom of a birdbath to help keep mosquitoes. Any validity to this?
This is a hard question to answer without all the facts.
I find it best to categorise items into piles.
Then find the appropriate space for them, either box, cupboard, drawer or shelf.
I colour coordinated my wardrobes with skirts in one and tops in another, and dresses in another.
Shoes I have in a shoe hanger on a closet door.
Bags I keep in a spare draw, try putting smaller bags inside bigger.
Keep shopping bags together either in the car ready for use or where you keep your coats.
In you kitchen think of how you use the equipment. Like if you organise things to make things easier to reach or use around the cooker, the fridge, the kettle the sink. i.e cups and tea making items near kettle. Cooking utensils near cooker. The fridge I organise, fresh veg in drawers, then opened jars like jams above this, then raw meats, then above these, cooked meats or dairy. Then top shelve bottles.
I believe in using storage for most things.
I use clear boxes, so you can see clearly what is in them.
Hope this is of some help, but with little information to go on there's not anymore I can say.
