Are you able to replace the flame effect curtain on an electric fire

The person who had the fire before me, stupidly cut the flame effect curtain off the fire because of fire risk!
I'd like to replace the curtain is this possible & how would I do it?

This is a fire curtain that is used instead of a firedoor. Not for use in an electric fire. What I need is a fire retartant flame effect curtain or my electric fire. Not one that shuts things off when it gets hot.
