If there is three wires (less ground) OK. Power off. Remove cover and outlet. Attach white wire to outlet side (new feed wire). Wire new black feed wire to the remaining wire in box that is not connected. (feed from panel box could be red or black). Use U/F cable to feed gazebo. Note: If only TWO wires at outlet, you could parallel ( black/black-white/white) from outlet to gazebo. It is legal to use 2 wires w/G for 220 circuits so you must check first.
