try salt & vinegar scrub with tooth brush
I've heard that if you soak a slice of white bread in a solution of cold water and white vinegar and put it on the stain for about 30 mins, it should get rid of it. I've never tried it, but I would if I had the same problem. Hope it works.

If all else fails:
Unfortunately, wood is very porous, and the stain seems to have penetrated the grains in the wood. I would consult a professional, as it may have to be sanded and refinished. Only there could be an issue with how far they would have to sand, possibly making the floor uneven in that location.
If you do remove the stain, I would recommend definitely sealing the wood with an appropriate sealant to alleviate any future issue with stains, especially in a kitchen.
I wish you the best at getting out the stain with one of the earlier methods.
