You can replace just the broken tiles. It might take some shopping to find tiles that match, but I bet they are out there. You start by breaking the tile and with hammer and chisel get the old grout out. I found a great video on youtube, and if you search there are numerous videos on there to make the job easy!
I’m a bit confused. Can you just patch the cracked areas with concrete? Will the design allow it? Use a concrete etcher and then fill with concrete. or isnis actual tiles? Can you replace the cracked ones and make a design plan by replacing the new tiles?
