Oh, boy that is very pretty! Take a picture of it and carry it with you so if you go to a flea market or antique shop, you can ask. You could also send a picture of it to an auction house. The straight back and sides make me think it is not Victorian, Art Deco or Art Nouveau. Check out sofas on Pinterest or Ebay. You have quite a find.

I did flip it over but found no marks, it's been heavily painted , very badly at that.
It's a day bed
I think its a day bed or bench. Love the caned inserts. Check to see if there are holes around the edges of the caning. It is older if there are. Sheet cane is a newer treatment.
