Can I take my shower doors down?

The tracks seem to be corroding, and there seem to be screws in the frame ,I assume thru the tub enclosure, will those holes need to be plugged & with what?

You can get little plastic buttons that will fit in the holes, I used a little silicone to hold them in. That's what I did, I hate those doors.
You should be able to remove the door by removing the screws and then filling the holes with a waterproof caulk. If you remove the frame too this will make for a better job. If you use caulk in the holes left in the wall after removing the frame be sure to purchase a caulk that can be painted. Prime and then use finish coat of paint.

To fill holes in tile I would use a marine epoxy, or for fiberglass I would use plasticweld, and use one of those repair kits for porcelain or fiberglass tubs to blend it in. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lz2i3TwLPqI

I have taken down shower/doors and there were no holes in the actual tub. there was a row of rubber sealer and the screws were into that. I used a scraper and alcohol to remove the rubber sealer and it cleaned up beautifully.
