it's the inside that has lost it's shield. No fixing. BUT...a nice fix is to add artscape window films...so many designs and so much nicer to look at than foggy glass !
Is it a dual pane windows? If so, the seal has broken. Most of times it can be repaired. I would call in the pros though.
Is it a double/pane insulating type windoe? If so, it is the middle part that is foggy and, no, there is no fix but to replace the window. So sorry. Like the artscape glass idea a lot!

Try a lambswool scrubber. It’s gentle enough but tough.
Glass Guru is a franchise that also does this. Not sure there is one in all states, but here in Colorado there are a few.
