Hi Linda, If you know the make and model of your oven, you can go on YouTube.com and they will have a step-by-step tutorial on how to separate the glass in your oven door. Just type something like "how to clean my oven" in the search bar. They have tutorials on everything under the sun. We use it a lot. Best of luck to you.
I actually took my oven door apart to clean mine, but my oven is older and not warrantied anymore. Here are some links on ways to try without removing the door:

You remove the pots and pans drawer and you can use a coathanger or something slender with a cloth attached to get in between the panes
