Use it as a start for a waterfall going into a small pond.
Cut it into several level surfaces and use it for a plant stand. Two or three cascading flowering plants with at least one taller plant would look great. Get a metal drink holder that usually sticks into the ground and drive it into the trunk upright close to your chair. Add a distinctive solar light or two. Now make the area around it gorgeous with more plants (in pots half buried in the ground so you can change them out) and put a generous layer of mulch all around. At Halloween make it a focal point with piles of pumpkins. I wish I had your stump in my yard! Good luck!
