I love light green I have changed bedding several times but never the green I have used yellow , blue, orange, or turquoise I have usually found a pattern with a hint of green and any of these colors and added accessories with any of these colors
With green, I always like to use white as my secondary color, and black as an accent. Example: white baseboards, doors, and trim. Then I would incorporate a patterned bedspread that includes the green you mentioned, with white, and possibly a third color or your choosing. Orange would give a fresh, modern feel, while blue makes us feel tranquil. It's up to you! For curtains, pick one color from the bedspread, and go with that. Just a suggestion..hope it helps!
Honestly, every color goes with green! Look at flowers and pick your favorite colors from there! Great excuse to keep getting bouquets of flowers and putting them in the room to see which color appeals to you the most! By using the other colors in decor items, when you get tired of that color, you can easily change to another color or colors!
I think I would consider a hunter green or a very, very dark green. Best wishes.
I love adding rich tones to light green. Shades of coffee or shades of eggplant depending on your tastes.

My bedroom is light pink. Since it is a bedroom I have not introduced any strong colors. My bed quilt right now is white with blue sprigged flowers. My curtains are white.. Ceiling is pale blue, molding is dark green.
I love this print (Raphaels's Madonna of the Chair) it goes so well in this room (or any other IMHO) and now I have two pitchers that repeat the colors in the painting. I have two antique chairs that are upholstered in white. Our guest room has a deep rich wallpaper color. Bedspread, headboard/footboard covered in toile pink fabric. Muslin curtains are edged with the same toile. furniture (bed/bureau/cabinet) is painted the cream of the background of fabric. chairs are pale colored wood with caned seats. IMHO one strong color in a bedroom is enough, but maybe your room is large and with good light so could handle more.
Print curtains containing shades of green with other colors
Below are some ideas. Brown goes with green. White goes with green also tan. I think a good print that has green in it, for a comforter, and or an area rug is a good idea. Some accessories- like darker green glass, and such.
Over the years, I have many colors in my light green bedroom. I have burgundy now. The bedspread and curtains. And having dark curtains helps with keeping the room dark in the morning. I have a tan bedspread for summer. I have brown curtains and put some brown pillows on the bed. Here is a picture of the one on now. I have a picture of the tan bedspread but hadn't put up the brown curtains yet.
