He Yvette. Have you tried to remove the screen on the tip of the faucet? Sometimes that needs to be washed out. It should just unscrew.
Please check the faucet screen for clogs, it just unscrews using a pliers. sometimes minerals in your water supply can block it making it flow slower. You should see the same water pressure for hot and cold water.
Some faucets have a series of metal screens, if yours does, be sure to check them all out, removing any debris from each one.
Once you remove and empty out the screen, you should see better water pressure after replacing it to the faucet.
Do you have a whole-house filter At the point water enters your home? If so, that filter may need to be changed. In addition, if you don’t have one, you may need one if you have a lot of sediment your water. This often o curs if you have well water.
Is the main drain that runs into your home clogged?
Also is it just the kitchen faucet?
Check your filter the little screen at your faucet. That will get clogged up GOOD LUCK
Check the basement or crawl space for a leak - you may have a waterfall down there.
