Faux brick paint in lieu of removing paint.

I'm trying to remove paint from outside brick framing window. Slow going. His is three full day's if work and still have more than half to go. Any suggestions? Could I have painted a faux brick look?
You could definitely just paint it with a faux brick look. I just did faux bricks using joint compound and painted them with acrylic paints (you would need outdoor paint obviously). Then you can tailor it to what you want them to look like, more gray or more red. Usually what I've had done was sand-blasting.
Or you could modernize your exterior by covering the brick with synthetic stucco (apply by hand) for a smooth modern finish. Here is a video where they use real stucco to show how much more modern a house could look. If your just trying to remove old paint from brick or faux brick, try a pressure washer first. They do amazing work on a lot of surfaces. Start off with lower pressure till determining what works best ( especially if it’s faux brick).
