It's a new door so don't want to replace. Its exposed to sun and wind so not sure what wreath would work.

My neighbor bought some clear plastic flexible strips with adhesive from Home Depot. She stuck it to the inside surface along the bottom of the door and the opening side. No draft, barely noticeable. Our homes are old and settled, I am going to try doing this too. Don't know what it's called or how much it cost but I expect it is not costly because my friend is full of frugal ideas (like saving on heating costs)
This old house web site has a pretty comprehensive flyer on where to check for air leaks. Use an incense stick or candle Hold it up to doors, windows if the flame flickers..it’s getting hit with a draft. Caulk of choice Arround the door frame, strips of weatherizing , door kit. It took me a while. only 6 exterior doors to do..17 windows. The house has stayed much warmer. It was suggested that I check the runs of duct work for the hvac system, that’s heat and cooling, and see if any had gaps in the metal pieces where they should connect. Yup every single one Had a screw hole Or had come loose from its connection. Foil tape to the rescue. My heating bill had gone up from 200 per month to 350. Its back down a bit. 250 last month.
if you have a certain medical conditions or on food stamps, the county will supply weatherization kits and vouleenters to install them. At least that’s how it is in iowa.
Check with a candle like Dfm suggested. If the draft is from around the sides and top, you could pull the trim off and stuff insulation around the door. Make sure that the door threshold is up to try to prevent a draft underneath.
To stop drafts, you will need to pry off the trim and use a door and window spray foam caulk.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0aRx6btsWcI then do outside where house siding meets door frame with silicon caulk. Then if door has drafts, you will need to add weatherstripping.

Adhesive foam weatherstripping. It comes in several sizes and sticks to the door jam
I do exactly as the video shows that Sharon provided. I also put on a door sweep on the bottom of the door.
