warm-season grasses, Bermuda grass is among the toughest. If you need a cool-season grass for landscaping with dogs, try tall fescue grass.

Yes, dogs can be a trial to grass and yards. Can you build a run for them? Contact your County Agricultural Extension Service. There is one in Cartersville for Burton County GA. They can give you all the information you need to assist you. They are great - that's all they do - and it's free.
I would try artificial grass, I have been trying to talk my husband into getting it for our back yard! https://usgreentech.com/landscape/?keyword=artificial%20grass&gclid=Cj0KCQiAieTUBRCaARIsAHeLDCSI9mOoC6rQ-uJ17HIfEIO60bqiHbNi9Kx69z2Jid1CuLVnilQY4KYaAobuEALw_wcB
Make a dog run for your dogs to use, and then take your dogs out daily for a run and play time to wear them out at a dog park, the beach, country road etc.. As a former dog trainer, we always trained out pups to run alongside our bikes using a lead to begin with and took all 60 dogs out to the beach twice a day, and then took them home for a bath and blow dry.
Then seed or put sod down yourselves, sod would be much faster. Follow directions on watering daily to get the grass established. You will also have to prep the soil underneath with tilling, adding rich soil and raking to remove any grass or weed clumps, then set your sod or seed.
I would also learn to trim your dogs nails short, and get some quick stop in case you cut a vein. Don't use your lawn as your dogs only form of entertainment, bathroom and working off their energy.... if you do, get astro turf and forget the grass.
I would definately reccomend having the professionals handle soil prep. And installation of sod. If that is out of the question for Finicial cost then ask about slit row seeding with a very high quality seed picked based upon your indivual soil test and University Extension reccomendations.
