I think the main challenge will be the harsh winters. Citrus trees freeze pretty easily. You need the check with a local nursery.
I'm in southeast Texas where citrus trees do great...because it rarely if ever freezes. This year we had about three days in a row of hard freeze. I wrapped the trees in blankets and I still lost two of them.
