put fairy lights inside
You could use paint and jewels to decorate it, then put flowers in it to present as a vase.

Upcycled Bottles Turned Into Treasures I Call Them Domes
What about filling it with something special? Like beach sand, shells, small stones, something that has meaning to you or your daughter and then putting a cork in it and writing on the bottom what it is in. That way she can have it to treasure forever!
Try glueing it all with buttons, an old watch, strings of beads, anything you may find around the house that's small and then paint everything.

They offer color sand you can fill it with. If you load it right, you could make a special design.
Unicorn Spit. Watch some videos on YouTube. It’s beautiful!
Have you tried alcohol ink? Lots of ideas on Pintrest or YouTube. Another way is use nail polish. get a container large enough to hold the part of the bottle you want to decorate, drop nail polish in various colors into the water, dip the bottle & let dry.
Go to pinterest and look up bottles, there is so many idea. I have made a lot for gifts.
You can cut out pictures (flowers, old photos (copied onto printer paper), scenery, etc. and use modgepone to put them on the bottle. Seal it after it has dried.
I would pour a dark color paint in it to coat the inside (match her decor) so you keep the design showing, then paint on glue and wrap with twine around the neck and the bottom. You can add flower, jewels, ribbon etc to match her taste.
Use very thin Unicorn SPiT to paint the bottle, except for the grape and initial part. Use full strength US to touch up the grapes, leaves, and ribbon. When the paint is completely dry, spray the whole bottle with two thin coats of oil-based sealer. Wedge a leaf-green taper candle in the top. Your gift is complete, especially if you add some emergency candles and a long-barreled lighter. Best wishes ☺️
Fairy lights or a lamp kit with a pretty shade (or do both!) would make a great gift!
If she is appreciates wine, you could use an attractive ribbon to tie a crisscross of the wine glass stems to the neck of the bottle and place in an attractive bag lined with tissue paper, maybe add in a wine themed towel and a corkscrew.
I have about 10 tutorials for "altered bottle" art examples on my project page. You might want to check it out and do some variation. https://www.hometalk.com/member/3197932/patruge1/posts
