Lantana’s in pots
I have Lantana’s in pots on my front patio. I keep them watered but they look dead. I’m going to try trimming them back An fertilizing in hopes it revives them. These plants are suppose to be hardy an require little care in Desert area where I live. They do fine An bloom except now An really hot summer months. What am I doing wrong?

Huntresson Mar 11, 2018Lantana dies back for it's winter. Looks like dead sticks. I leave mine until new growth shows and then pull off dead twigs. Really easy to do, most pull out as you tug them. It is still early for lantana to start so give it a minute.HelpfulReply

- Shirley Dudleyon Mar 11, 2018I don’t water that often. Once or twice a week. Would over watering make them look withered an dry?HelpfulReply

Kiturah Humphreyon Mar 12, 2018Doesn't seem likely. Not an expert. Mine in the ground in dry southern cal seem to die back a bi t in our non existent winter, then come back.HelpfulReply
