Here you go: 1 1/2 tbsp of Epsom Salt, 1 1/2 tbsp of Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp of Ammonia mixed with 1 gallon of water. Works for me. Best of luck.

If you mean epsom salt, dish soap and vinegar, this is a weed killer, not a fertilizer. If you use it to kill weeds, it cannot distinguish between good and bad plants - it will kill them all.
