Try clear caulk
Tile adhesive would probably work. It would be easiest to buy pre-mixed at Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace, etc.
We us E6000 for just about everything that Elmer's won't glue!
There are epoxies just for pottery.
it is a marine grade outdoor epoxy .....
E6000 is a great glue! $4 a tune at craft stores
Gorilla glue works for almost everything
Try Gorilla Glue. Comes in various sizes and uses. Home Depot, Lowes and other big box stres.
E6000 works wonderful for gluing all sorts of stuff
