Try plain çoke and allow to sit on overnight if possible
There is a pumice type stone for toilets. Called scouring stick or tile pumice. Requires elbow grease to rub away the hardened layer from the porcelain but leaves a perfectly smooth surface. Have purchased them from the dollar tree but if not looks like Walmart has them. Or Amazon seems to have everything. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Pumie-Toilet-Tile-Pumice-Cleaner/49211748?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&adid=22222222228050391072&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=m&wl3=148200765566&wl4=aud-310687322322:pla-262134831322&wl5=9008570&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=8175035&wl11=online&wl12=49211748&wl13=&veh=sem Good luck!
Try Barkeepers Friend, it comes in a powder or a thick liquid. It works well on porcelain, ceramic, Formica, etc. and can be found in most grocery stores, WalMart, most hardware stores, etc.
