I have seen shower floors with offset drains, so there must be a maker of these shower floors. Google it! Also, maybe you can "do it yourself" by using a shower floor base that has no drain hole??? Personally, I'd check with my plumber first!
As long as the floor to the shower drains to the drain, it shouldn't be a problem if it isn't centered, make sure the drain stays the lowest point.
If you tile the shower floor, you can slope the wet bed to the drain. It would probably be best to have a tile guy do that. You'd have a better chance of not having puddles that don't drain.
