Some ideas from a long ago post on one site I saw suggested making soft eye glass cases All sizes of purses, some patchwork ones. Placemats. Table runners. Cover boxes and tins with the fabric. School kits (make pouches for the different supplies). Knitting needle cases. Pot holders. Dresser scarves (doilies, mats). Belts. Covered barrettes. Pin cushions. Picture frames. You could also use coordinating fabrics to make throw pillows by seaming some of the fabrics together to make the appropriate sizes. Hope this helps. One more, maybe cut the fabric into inch-wide strips about 6-8 inches long and tie around a wire wreath. I've seen some of those and they look awesome.

Placemats, hot pads, wrap-it-and-zap-it bags or microwave bowl holders. Use cheap blanklets or fleece for the placemats and possibly the bowl holders. Use old towels for the other one. All are machine washable. Hotpads can also be made in animal shapes.

Put two of them together to make placemats.
How about making bunting. You can either use a square or make into a triangle.
Donate them. Are there any high schools in your area that still teach (what used to be called Home Ec) sewing classes? Or maybe Girl Guides or Church Clubs that teach sewing. When learning, one can never have enough practice fabric.
