Buy or rent a pressure washer...works a treat
Use wet and Forget
pressure washer is the best way I know.
A little bleach water and some elbow grease On a warm windy day. Power washers are easier of course.
I have used bleach mixed with water. Spray it on, and scrub with a brush then rinse off. This year I’m trying Wet and Forget. You can get it at Lowe’s. It’s cheaper than renting a power washer.
Power washer and vinager baking soda .
I just use bleach/water mix in a spray bottle. Scrub it off and rinse well. rememeber, it will come back unless you get more sun to the area.
