If you are talking about the tracks, take a Qtip with some baking soda and vinegar to run along the track to loosen the dirt.
Open the windows and use a soft cloth to draw across the runners. This will need to be done a couple of times during the year to keep them clean.
As small bottle brush works well.
Vacuum the runners first, then use a moist cloth to run along the area, then use q-tips in the corners. If they're super crusty, then just lay the cloth in the runner for a few minutes while you work on another one. Done!
