I refinished a bamboo cart last year. I lightly sanded it to remove the old finish and wiped it down with a tack cloth. I used Epifanes Marine Varnish (purchased on Amazon) in a satin finish. The cart had been left in a screened in porch and was damaged from moisture and the sun. It was not as much work as I thought it would be, and it looks beautiful again.

I purchased some wicker chairs last year that were a bit tired. Some of the wicker was unwrapping. I simply used a glue gun to reattach and everything looks fine.
